One of the most popular mobile games in India, PUBG will make a comeback to India as PUBG Mobile India soon. On Thursday, PUBG Corporation launched PUBG Mobile India for Indian gamers.

The new version is specifically designed for Indian users, which include local customisations such as the fully clothed characters, green liquid for blood, virtual simulation training ground. With its South Korean parent company Krafton, Inc, PUBG Corporation is also in plans to invest some $100 million in Indian gaming and entertainment soon. To get the ban lifted, PUBG Corporation made the decision to no longer authorise the PUBG Mobile franchise to China-based Tencent Games in India. Issuing a statement, the company stated it has plans to provide a secure and healthy gameplay environment alongside investments to cultivate local video game, esports, entertainment, and IT industries. Other than that, Indianized PUBG, called FAU-G (Fearless and United Guards) announced by Bengaluru-based mobile games and interactive entertainment company which launched by actor Akshay Kumar. This game claims to be based on real-life situations faced by the Indian Army on the battlefield. The trailer of FAU-G was released on Dussehra.
